Why do one-on-one training with Jo?

Jo has over a decade of experience in teaching movement. Her approach has always been to help support the health of her students in every way possible. Through dedicated training tailored specifically for you, you will be able to improve your health, deepen your understanding of your body and mind, and create a foundation for lasting wellness.

All training is available in-person in Melbourne, Australia or online.

“As a personal trainer, Jo is fantastic. She brings attention to detail, clear instruction, and deep knowledge of the body from both a western sports science and eastern yogic tradition. Jo’s insight and skill in understanding mental motivation drive real results.”

FUNCTIONAL RANGE CONDITIONING®

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) is a system of training that improves your tissues at the level of the joints. Through joint-focused training, you are able to increase your range of motion and improve the function of your joints to support literally anything else you do with your body. FRC is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their overall health as well as their relationship with their body.

“I benefited greatly from the 1:1 sessions with Jo. She is a highly observant and skilled teacher. After identifying the issues I’d been having with my shoulder for months, she took me through mobility and strengthening work, resolving the nagging ache in my shoulder and bringing back my normal range of movement after four sessions. Now that I’m “repaired”, I am looking forward to further sessions with Jo to “improve”!”

“I never liked the gym, I found it boring and tired. When I met Jo, I felt for the first time that someone was explaining to me why certain exercises were important for me and how they aligned with my current goals. After two months training with her I feel happy and motivated to go to the gym and I think Jo has been key to that. I find her not only very professional but also very empathetic, patient and kind (even when she increases the weight haha). She is the best!”
