Are you looking to start a movement or meditation practice or deepen your existing practice? If so, you’re in the right place! Jo Willers is a yoga teacher, personal trainer, FRC® coach and meditation teacher. She’s your one stop shop to all things body and mind! Her services include a variety of different yoga styles, strength and conditioning, Functional Range Conditioning®, breathwork and Buddhist meditation. She offers group classes as well as one-on-one and semi-private training.
Whether your goals are to improve your overall fitness level, start a meditation practice, increase strength, or improve that old niggling injury, and regardless of your level of experience, Jo can accommodate and curate a program suited to your goals. Jo is based in the Melbourne CBD, Australia and can also do online training if you’re elsewhere.
